Industries Served

While we’re centered in medicine and health, we believe that our principles of success can cross over into a broad spectrum of industries.

Boris Gorbatyuk

Founder and President

JPSG was founded in 2018 in Montreal, Canada by Boris Gorbatyuk, following 10+ years as a business unit leader and change agent with one of the largest Canadian Generic Pharmaceutical Manufacturers.

His vision in starting JPSG was to offer creative solutions for mid sized businesses to navigate their environment and create a pathway towards transformational value.

Boris’ systematic and thorough approach to problem solving was gained early on in his career while working at Oliver Wyman, one of the world’s premiere strategy consultancies, on strategic and operational projects with global clients across multiple industries ranging from Health and Life Sciences to Retail to Utilities.

Boris has a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University and was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Harvard University holding both FQRNT and CIHR fellowships. Boris believes that his experience and success in research allowed him to be mindful of serendipity and to believe that paradigms were meant to shift.

Boris leads transformations by working hand in hand with client employees and their management in both the discovery phase and strategy shaping phase. His mantra is: “We need to teach our employees to fish and not simply bring the fish”
